Station Doctor
The Station Doctor on Tycho is the doctor that Fred Johnson and Camina Drummer go to when they need medical advice or care. She proves her capability and cool-headedness in unexpected situations from emergency triage and first aid in low-G to regrowing a spine to analyzing Protogen’s unethical brain treatments.
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces genever
- 2 ounces seltzer water
- ½ ounce quick raspberry shrub (recipe below)
- 1 dash chamomile-citrus bitters
Instructions:
Quick Raspberry Shrub: Thoroughly muddle 1 cup raspberries with 1 cup white sugar. Stir in 1 cup white wine vinegar. Allow to sit 1 hour, then strain through cheesecloth. Store in the refrigerator.
Cocktail: Pour genever, raspberry shrub, and bitters into a mixing glass with ice and stir until cold. Strain into a chilled coupe and top with seltzer. No garnish.
