Cradle of Life
The United Nations is the government of Earth and of Luna, dating back to the middle of the 20th Century. With 30 billion people, Earth is an unquestioned superpower in the Solar System. The UN takes pride in Earth as humanity’s birthplace and home.
This drink represents Earth’s bounty of fresh ingredients. It was served at NYC 2019 Expanse Finale Party.
Ingredients:
- 3 parts New World Gin
- 2 parts elderflower liqueur
- ½ part tonic syrup
- ½ part lemon juice
- 4 parts champagne
Instructions:
Shake first four ingredients with ice, then strain into a champagne flute. Top with the champagne and garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme.
